Privacy Policy

Ingot Supply, LLC ("we") operates Africa Compliance Data. This policy explains what personal data is involved when you use our website, API and MCP server.
What we collect and why
- Purchase and account data (name, email, billing country, payment details) is collected and processed by our merchant of record, Polar (polar.sh), under its privacy policy. We receive from Polar the information needed to manage your subscription and support you.
- API keys: to check a key we send it to Polar's validation service. We keep only a one-way hash of the key with its plan and validity for up to 10 minutes as a cache. We do not store your key in readable form.
- Request data: our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and request time to deliver the Service, apply rate limits and protect against abuse.
- Tax ID values sent to the format-check endpoint are processed in memory only to return the result. They are not stored or logged by us.
- Support emails you send us are kept to answer you and for our records.
What we do not do
The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It sets one functional cookie (acd_lang) only when you choose a language, to remember that choice. To show the website in your language and prices in your currency, we use the country of your connection as reported by Cloudflare; it is not stored. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
Polar (payments, subscriptions, licence keys) and Cloudflare (hosting, security). They process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies, which may involve transfers outside your country.
Retention
Key-validation cache entries expire within 10 minutes. Subscription records are kept by Polar as required for tax and accounting. Support emails are kept as long as needed for support and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold about you by writing to support@africacompliancedata.com. For data held by Polar, you can also use the Polar customer portal.
